KYN28-12(GZS1) Armored Movable AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

I. General
KYN28-12 type armored movable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a complete indoor distribution unit with three-phase AC at 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 12 kV. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, with the features of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuits.
II. Structure Description
The switch cabinet shall be designed according to the requirements specified in GB/T 3906. The complete unit is composed of cabinet and withdrawable parts (handcart). The cabinet structure is made of aluminized zinc plate or galvanized plate connected by bolts. The switch cabinet is divided into a breaker room, a busbar room, a cable room, and an instrument room. All metal components are reliably grounded. Each compartment of the main circuit system has an independent pressure release channel. A 10 × 60 mm earthing busbar can be arranged in the cable room.
III. Key Features
1. Simple and effective “five-preventions” locking to prevent misoperation;
2. It can be equipped with VS1-12 (ZN63A), VD4, ZN12, 3AH, VB2, and VEP vacuum circuit breakers;
3. It can be equipped with a voltage transformer handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart, and fuse handcart. The handcarts with the same purpose are interchangeable;
4. The cabinet can be installed against the wall and make maintenance in the front to reduce the occupied area;
5. The breaker room and cable room shall be equipped with heaters respectively to prevent condensation and corrosion;
6. The cable room has sufficient space to connect multiple cables;
7. The protection degree of the enclosure is IP4X, and the protection grade of the handcart room door opening and each compartment is IP2X;
8. The handcart can be equipped with electric chassis to realize remote control;
9. The earthing switch can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism to facilitate remote control.
