XGW2-12 Intelligent (Four-Remote) Box-Type Switching Station

1. General

The XGW2-12 intelligent (four-remote) box-type switching station (outdoor ring main unit) fully absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. Install and commission the 10 kV switch cabinet, breaker, load switch, current and voltage transformer, 10 kV power supply PT, on-off FTU, RTU, communication control terminal (DTU), 10 kV metering and automatic meter reading, UPS power supply, and indicating instruments into a movable, sealed, and moisture-proof box. Therefore, the integration and assembly modularization of the primary and secondary systems in the urban power distribution network is realized. As a result, the construction period is shortened and the reliability of the urban power network is greatly improved.

3. Structural Features

3.1 The framework of the cabinet body is welded by channel steel, angle steel, and thick steel plate, and its surface is treated by anti-corrosion spraying. The cabinet door is made from aluminum-coated zinc plate with a thickness of not less than 2 mm, which has strong anti-corrosion ability, a small size, a small floor area, no obstruction of sight, a light weight, an elegant appearance, and can be put into service for more than 30 years.

3.2 The surface of the cabinet body has no fasteners for vibration unloading and has a special door lock structure, good anti-theft, outdoor operation, and good shower repellency.

3.3 The top cover of the box body is an air sandwich-type double-layer structure and is provided with a vent. The air inlet is arranged at the lower part of the cabinet, and the air outlet is arranged at the top side, and hidden under the eaves to form cross-ventilation from bottom to top so that the cabinet has good heat insulation and ventilation effects.

3.4. If the cabinet switch is SF6 fully-enclosed structure, there is no need for heating, and no condensation problem. The cable plug is waterproof and touchable type, not afraid of being immersed in water. Those with FTU units can be equipped with exhaust ventilation and heaters as required.

3.5 Vacuum circuit breaker cabinet can also be installed in the cabinet body.

4. Environmental Conditions for Use

4.1 The altitude shall not exceed 2,000 m;

4.2 Ambient temperature: Low temperature is -25°C, and high temperature is 40°C;

4.3 Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35 m/s;

4.4 Earthquake intensity ≤ level 8;

4.5 The installation site shall be free from fire, explosion, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration;

4.6 Anti-pollution level: Level 3.
