I. General

YB□-12/0.4-□ box-type substation is a compact, complete set of equipment composed of a high-voltage switchgear, a transformer, and a low-voltage switchgear. It can be used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, plazas, residential quarters, schools, parks, highways, mines, and temporary construction places where people have easy access to receiving and distributing electric energy. In the power distribution system, it can be used in the ring distribution system as well as in the dual power supply or radiation terminal distribution systems. Our products meet the provisions of GB/T 17467 High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substation and other relevant standards and technical documents.

The box-type substation has the characteristics of a complete set, small volume, compact structure, simple installation, easy coordination with the environment, featuring safe and reliable operation, and mobility. Combined substations typically occupy about one-fifth of the floor space of conventional civil substations with the same capacity, and this significantly reduces the amount of construction and investment in construction costs.

II. Structure

The enclosure of the box-type substation can be made from aluminum-coated zinc plates plus aluminum alloy wood-like exterior decoration, metal carved plates, or high-quality colored steel composite plates, etc. The interior is divided into a high-pressure room, a low-pressure room, and a transformer room with metal partitions. At the same time, ventilation channels are installed in the corresponding functional chambers.

The cabinet framework is made of channel and angle steels by local welding and assembly, and its rigidity and bearing capacity can satisfy the installation requirements of the electrical cabinet. The four corners of the cabinet bottom frame are equipped with hidden lifting rods, which are convenient for hoisting and shipping.

The cabinet door is connected and installed by a rotating shaft-type living hinge. It is easy for removal. The door edge-fold is provided with a rubber strip, which has a certain compression stroke between the door and the framework when closing the door, thereby preventing the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and improving the degree of protection of the door.
