I. General
MNS low-voltage switchgear is a product designed and developed based on imported switch cabinet. It adopts new manufacturing technology and a modular design for each functional unit. The unit combination is flexible and convenient and can realize and replace all the schemes and functions of GCS and MNS on the market at present.
It applies to the power generation and supply system with AC 50 Hz rated working voltage of 400 V (690 V) and rated current of 6,300 A and below. It is used for power, distribution, motor centralized control, and capacitor compensation. It is widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other places. This product conforms to IEC60439-1, GB/T7251.1, JB/T9661, and other standards.
II. Features of the Unit
This unit can be composed of cabinet frame structures and drawer units in different schemes. It adopts high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic components, which effectively enhance protective safety performance. The drawer unit has the characteristics of small size, strong function, high interchangeability, convenient replacement and maintenance, reliable contact, etc.
Compact design: More functional units can be accommodated in a smaller space.
Strong structural versatility and flexible assembly: The C-type profile with a modulus of 25 mm can satisfy the requirements of various structural forms, degrees of protection, and use environments.
Standard module design is adopted: Standard units such as protection, operation, conversion, control, regulation, measurement, and indication can be formed respectively.
Safety: It is made of numerous high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastics, which can effectively enhance the protection's safety performance.
High technical performance: The main parameters have reached the contemporary international technical level.
Compressed site: The high degree of institutionalization, standardization, and routinization allows for significant compression of sites for storing and transporting prefabricated parts.
Convenient unit: No need for special complicated tools.
