GCS Low Voltage Draw-out Switch Cabinet

I. General

GCS type low voltage draw-out switch cabinet is designed and developed by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry and the Ministry of Machinery Industry according to the requirements of the competent departments of the industry, the vast number of power users and design units, which is in line with the national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can meet the needs of the development of the power market and can compete with the existing imported products.

GCS switch cabinet applies to the power generation and supply system with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 Hz, rated working voltage of 400 V (690 V), and rated current of 6,300 A and below. It is used for power, distribution, motor centralized control, and capacitor compensation. It is widely used in power plants, substations, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other places. Each functional unit adopts the modular design, and the unit combination is flexible and convenient, which can realize and replace all the schemes and functions of GCS, MNS, and GCK cabinets in the current market.

The products shall comply with GB/T 7251.1, GB/T 7251.12, GB/T 15576, and other standards.

II. Structure

1. The cabinet frame is made of a C-section, and the installation modulus is E = 25 mm; the function rooms are isolated, and the compartment is divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms, with relatively independent functions.

2. The height of the drawer is 150 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, and 600 mm. The width and depth of the drawer are unchanged. The drawer with the same functional unit has good interchangeability. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630 A or below. The large current of 1/2 unit can reach 125 A, and that of 1/4 unit is 63 A. The overall height of the functional unit compartment is 72 E (1,800 mm).

3. The drawer panel shall be provided with apparent marks of opening, closing, testing, drawing-out, and other positions. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device. Treat the drawer unit as the main body, and the drawer unit and the fixed unit can be mixed and combined.

4. The new convenient multiturn propulsion mechanism realizes easy, flexible, and stable propelling and removing of the drawer. The three-station has mechanical positioning and display, with the functions of three-position locking, display, auxiliary power supply for closing the interlocking position, and switch tripping reset.
