XL-21 Type Power Distribution Cabinet (Box)

I. Purpose

The XL-21 power distribution cabinet (box) applies to power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, public electricity consumption, street lighting, electricity for rural use, pumping stations, and other consumers. It is used for the conversion, distribution, and control of power, illumination, and power distribution equipment in the distribution system with a rated working voltage of 380 V and AC 50 Hz frequency.

II. Structure

The XL-21 power distribution cabinet is enclosed, and the enclosure is made of bent steel plates. The knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper right side in front of the cabinet and can be used to switch the power supply. The ammeter and voltmeter are set up in front of the distribution cabinet to show the voltage and current between the busbars. There is a door in front of the distribution cabinet, and when the door is open, all the equipment in the distribution cabinet is visible, which is convenient for maintenance.

The power distribution cabinet adopts the new type components designed by ourselves in China, featuring compact structure, convenient maintenance and flexible combination of line scheme, etc. In addition to air circuit breaker and fuse as short circuit protection, the cabinet can also be equipped with contactor and thermal relay, and the front door of the cabinet can be installed with operation buttons and indicator lamps.

XL-21 type power distribution cabinet implements standard GB/T 7251.12, protection level is IP30(IP43), welded structure, single door opening, or according to the user's needs, you can choose welded fixed type or profile combination type.

Combined power cabinet, assembled by C profile, diameter 5.3 mounting holes, modulus E = 25mm. profiles, components door, electrical mounting plate are made of 2.0 thick cold-rolled steel plate, other accessories are made of 1.5 thick cold-rolled steel plate. The panel is sprayed with electrostatic paint after pickling and phosphatizing, and the frame and internal partitions are mounted with self-tapping wire, which improves the accuracy and firmness after assembly. The cabinet can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirement of component mounting. The overall structure is compact, the appearance is beautiful, and the cabinet size and specification can be designed arbitrarily. Can meet the individual placement or parallel cabinet installation, before and after the door can be opened. Cabinet protection grade IP3X-4X.
